People often ask me, "What is the purpose of therapy?" I believe there are a few answers to that question.

First, you come to therapy to defrost grief, unexpressed rage and other negative feelings, e.g. traumas, losses, betrayals. You also learn to re-parent yourself.

Second, you come to have a better transition in your work or love life, or to improve your performance and personal relations.

Finally, you get to share your dreams and goals in a safe environment, with no judgment, and to produce amazing action plans to manifest your best life ever.

To me, there are no failures in life, only slowly ripening successes. You can create your new balanced, peaceful, prosperous and productive life. During your treatment process, you will ultimately turn your defeats into victories and your scars into stars. You will feel more peaceful and useful in your life. Your creativity will flow.

The Wessan Method includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Jungian Psychology, plus other evidence-based methods. We also work with an Army of Angels. With intuitive, quality listening and Divine Intervention we support your transformation process; you go from "I'm Impossible" to "I AM POSSIBLE!"
