The DBT Skills Training group is for people who would like to learn how to cope more effectively with intense emotions, problematic thoughts or behaviors e.g. negative thinking, low self-esteem, self-harm, impulse issues and relationship struggles.

 

Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance skills are taught in order to reduce self-destructive behaviors and learn more adaptive ways to manage painful emotions.

 

WEDNESDAYS:  Teens 4:15 - 5:45 PM, Adults 7:30 - 9:00 PM.
                         WHEN:  September 30, 2020 – January 6, 2021.     WHERE: ZOOM meeting
                         FEES: New students $925 for first semester (includes one intake session).

Continuing students $700.
